Extremely positive. Like so many of our friends, during lockdown we put on weight and were increasing unhappy with our lack of fitness. We talked about doing something about it but we did nothing. Then we joined FITWISE and it turned our lives around. Nathan was a nurturing influence – more so than any other personal trainer we met – and we found his tailored approach to training and programs were very age appropriate.
Before she started her fitness program, Anne suffered from back and knee pain. After just a few months, she is now pain free. We both now have so much more energy, we’re fitter and more confident.
So far, David has lost 11kg and Anne is not too far behind. Physically and mentally, we’re back to our old (or should we say, younger) selves. We’re also much more aware of the downsides to making bad lifestyle choices. We’ve achieved a lot at FITWISE and we don’t want to backslide. We still enjoy your favourite foods but in moderation.

My experience at FITWISE has been very positive.
